These are poly bags specifically made for seafood boil packaging. They feature two bottom seals to prevent any accidental punctures of the bag. The first seal acts as a 1st line of defense against any punctures from crab legs or shrimp pokers, while the second seal is there as a backup to stop any hot liquid in the bag from dripping on your customers.
